Glossary
- Hourly Rate

- Monthly Salary

- Annual Salary
- Total yearly compensation. Includes base salary (monthly × 12) plus any bonuses.
- Gross Salary
- Total compensation before any taxes or deductions are applied.
- Net Salary (Take-Home)
- Salary after taxes and social security deductions. Typically 75–85% of gross.
- Bonus

- Working Days
- Number of days worked per month, typically 20–23 after excluding weekends and holidays.

- Set the Bonus field to 0%. The annual salary will then equal monthly × 12.
- Q.Does this calculate net (take-home) salary?
- No. This tool calculates gross salary only. For net pay, use a dedicated after-tax calculator.
- Q.Is my salary data sent to a server?
- No. All calculations are performed locally in your browser. No data is transmitted.
- Q.Does it include overtime pay?
- No. This tool calculates base salary within standard working hours. Overtime must be added separately.
