The Tier List Maker is a free online tool that lets you easily create a "tier list" to rank game characters, weapons, anime figures, your favorite foods, and more right in your browser.
Whether you're on a smartphone or PC, you can quickly build your custom ranking image just by dragging and dropping images intuitively. How to Make a Tier List
Upload Images
Click the "Add Images" button or simply drag & drop your image files into the bottom area (Image Pool) to load the items you want to rank. On smartphones, you can select multiple photos from your library.
Customize and Arrange Tiers
Drag the loaded images from the pool into the different tier rows (S, A, B, etc.). You can click on the left labels to change the text, and use the settings icon to change row colors or order.
Save as an Image
Once you've finished placing your images and customizing the list, click the "Save as Image" button at the top. Your completed tier list will be automatically downloaded as a high-quality PNG image.

- Tier List
- A list that ranks characters, items, services, etc., by strength or preference into different tiers. Originally popularized in the competitive gaming community, it is now used across a wide range of genres.
- S-Tier
- The highest rank in a tier list, indicating the best or most preferred items. Ranks generally go down alphabetically as S, A, B, C..., with "SS" or "God" sometimes used above S.
- Drag & Drop
- An intuitive control method where you click and hold (or touch and hold) an image or item to move it, then release it at the target location. This tool heavily relies on it to move images between ranks.
- Watermark
- A logo or text of the service name forcibly added to images created with free tools. The biggest feature of this tool is that it adds NO watermark, allowing you to save great-looking, clean images.

- Yes, clicking (or tapping on a smartphone) the text in the label area will enter text editing mode. You can freely change the text to whatever you like (e.g., "God", "Recommended", "Normal", "Dislike").
- Q.Can I reset everything and start over?
- Yes, clicking the "Reset All" button at the top will return all placed images to the image pool and reset the rank rows to their initial state.
