The "CPF/CNPJ Generator & Validator" is a free browser-based tool designed to generate and validate mathematically correct Brazilian taxpayer numbers (CPF for individuals, CNPJ for corporations) strictly for software testing and development purposes.
With 100% local processing, no inputted or generated data is ever sent to a server. You can also generate up to 1,000 numbers at once in bulk.
Supports the 2026 Alphanumeric CNPJ specs: In addition to the traditional numeric format, it fully supports the generation and validation of the "CNPJ Alfanumérico", the new format featuring alphabetical characters in the first 12 positions, which will be implemented in July 2026.

Select Mode

Set Options
For CNPJ, choose whether to use the new alphanumeric format, toggle punctuation on or off, and set the generation count.

- CPF (Cadastro de Pessoas Físicas)
- The Brazilian individual taxpayer registry number. It consists of 11 digits, typically formatted as "XXX.XXX.XXX-XX". The last 2 digits are the check digits (DV).
- CNPJ (Cadastro Nacional da Pessoa Jurídica)
- The Brazilian corporate taxpayer registry number. It consists of 14 digits, typically formatted as "XX.XXX.XXX/YYYY-ZZ". The YYYY part represents the branch/establishment.
- DV (Dígito Verificador)
- Check digits. Numbers appended to the end to prevent input errors or forgery. Calculated using the standard "Módulo 11" algorithm.
- CNPJ Alfanumérico
- A new alphanumeric CNPJ format effective July 2026 to prevent number depletion. Alphabetical letters can be used in the first 12 positions, requiring ASCII code conversion during DV calculation.
- Módulo 11
- The standard check digit calculation algorithm used in Brazilian public number systems. It assigns specific weights to each digit, sums them up, and determines the DV from the remainder of division by 11.
- Mascara (Punctuation)
- Symbols like dots ".", hyphens "-", and slashes "/" used to improve readability. These are generally stripped when saving to databases.
- Estabelecimento
- The 9th to 12th digits of a CNPJ, representing the branch or establishment number. "0001" has traditionally been used for headquarters.
